So, its 5:30am and yet slumbering I am not. Instead, I am doing my Mechanics of Materials homework that I should have done last night. Not exactly too focused on it, clearly given by the fact that I'm on deviantArt even now. It doesn't help that I'm also listening to metal in the dorm common room while watching my favorite tv show in the world, Married With Children! I planned on doing my work earlier in the night, but I decided I'd rather have fun. Ended up finding out that Captain Morgan + 4 friends in a small dorm room + Halo 3 + settings changed to speed:300%, gravity:50%, and the only weapons being gravity hammers = what homework? That and there was the football game earlier. Obviously, priorties had to be taken into account so the homework was left untouched while watching that as well. Now, as I try to finally get these last stress analysis problems solved, I keep finding myself distracted by the awesomeness of Al Bundy and the relaxation of Jimmy Buffet music after my metal meltdown. And, of course, deviantArt. Why did I pick civil engineering as my major again?
Hey! Haven't talked to you in a few weeks. How bout them Broncos! They are on fire....4 & 0 now after spanking the raiders and beating the cowboys (I personally hate both of those teams) but Marshall is finally pulling his head out and Orton is awesome! Anyway hope everything is cool with you...

yah things are going pretty good. Trying to get to know some more people here at Bradley. Finally turned 21 last week, so now I get to enjoy some glorious Malibu in lemonade whenever I please. Kinda wanna live a real college life and go to some frat parties, but this past weekend sucked. My roommate and most of the guys on my dorm floor I usually hang with went home for the weekend, and I wasn't about to try going to a frat for the first time on my own. I'd probably hate it hahaha
Sounds like fun! Sounds like what normal college guys and girls do. I never went to college and I regret it sometimes but can't go back only forward, so live it up! Go to the frat parties and you are right, you probably don't want to go alone, I would definately wait for your friends to get back that way you have some protection....lol Yay Happy Late Birthday what day?

hahaha protection? Thats not what I'm looking for. I'm pretty sure I'd just be bored if there wasn't anyone I knew there. I'd probably just hang around the perimeter of the party by myself, and thats no way to meet girls hahaha
nah but seriously, I've got to give it a shot eventually. Can't this upcoming weekend because its fall break and I'll be back in chicago, so I've got awhile to wait yet
I only meant protection, because some guys get ballsy when they have had liquor and tend to pick fights with random people, not that I am insinuating you cannot hold your own so to speak, but usually other drunks join in and if you are a lone wolf....well you can put two and two together....as for the girls, I have heard that they are in good numbers at those things too, and that is where you might need a different kind of protection (don't take that wrong) I once watched this documentary on t.v. about how young college girls were having contests on how many guys they could "bag" in a night and it turned deadly....but I am sure you are a smart guy and can pick those out of a crowd right away...It's okay you have a little while to wait, after you get back to college after fall break then the parties should be in full swing welcoming everyone back....Good Luck and hope you meet tons of girls....
